I buy mine from Dischem.

I also use it, chocolate is fantastic. Nice and tasty drink for afternoon tea time at work rather than a sandwich. Works out cheaper as well.

Well all the "experts" will always say, "nothing replaces actual real food", but I will respond to your actual question and assume that like me, you do not always have the time to prepare a proper meal or cash to buy a healthy meal. Well I use SSN MRP quite a lot. It does not quite fill the gap like "heavy" food but I add 50%water and 50%milk.

I stay lean on average 10% body and take it usually 2 or 3 times a day and normal meals 2 or 3 times a day. I prefer the Vanilla because the Strawberry and Chocolate is a bit too sweet and sometimes add a banana too.

I would suggest to look for the stuff you do not want, like added sugars or too high carbs and then try them out or ask in store for sample sizes if they have and decide what you like.

These Supplement manufacturers spend millions on creating protein powders with multiple stage energy release formulas, the best complex carbohydrates etc. Plus, it is very easy on your body because it is essentially predigested. I would not hesitate to have a protein shake as a meal replacement, considering I eat 6 small meals per day.

I don't believe it exist tbh...soylent comes close but I don't have confidence in the tech overall yet.

Scientists can't even decide whether fat is healthy or not (or pick your controversial diet topic)...I have little faith that they can build a chem mix that will cover all the bases.

That being said I would be OK with replacing 1 meal a day with a substitute...realistically pretty much most people eat at least one meal a day with shtty balance (e.g. breakfast being just cereal & milk)...so I'm sure its OK.

Ensure is pretty good to replace a meal every once in a while. And the strawberry flavour is better than anything else available. I have tried a few.

It's quite expensive though (at least for me). R95, you could get about 6/7 glasses from one can.

This is OK if you're sick in bed. The powder doesn't dissolve well and the flavour is artificial, even the choc one.

It dissolves better than most other things, and I use a shaker that is very effective.

What processed food doesn't have an artificial flavour?

I find 'chocolate flavoured' items usually contain a reasonable amount of cocoa. If you put the rather huge amount of powder in as per the instructions, it's quite impossible to dissolve.
