A late sober October

@The_Donkey was doing well until a week ago when his wife returned from Lamberts Bay, he has now gone cold sober just like that :(

How long did you last the last go round? And also, it is not October. You might want to check on your sobriety as it could be messing with your memory functions.
On and off lately but lets say eoughly 3 weeks a time. Unfortunately I can't wait until October, need to stop permanently basically.

Would be great if someone here could tell me if my cholesterol is actually in the normal range or still at risk range? All I can tell its way better than the one lol

You should probably ask your doctor man. Aren't you like 20? Shouldn't be having cholesterol issues at that.

Awww shucks. Nah turned 32 this year . Doctor called me and said they were happy but I didn't really have time to talk when they called.

You could look up the numbers on the internet but if your doctor is happy I'd not worry. You're still young so if they go up its probably just some lifestyle adjustments to make. You've cut alcohol which is probably the most important.

The guys in the BP thread are probably better placed to give you practical advice.

Thanks man !!! Would be interesting to see your LFT :p

The thing with my LFT is I don't understand how the fudge my GTT was so high(ok I do because it was from drinking but why such a high GGT)? If you google liver stuff its generally the ALT/AST thing they talk about.
