" Hello everyone I wanted to share a personal story with you all about my nephew who we will call Alex.
Alex is 8 years of age and has extreme mental retardation . He is a outgoing child who loves cartoons, lord of the rings ,sesame street and the world of warcraft. He has been playing now for nearly 6 months.
When Alex first started playing wow, he wanted to be a hunter but soon decided he didnt like it when he found out he had to wait 10 levels to get a pet.He then wanted to be like Gandalf and chose a mage : )
What was frustrating for him was the complexity of the controls ,ie the spells etc.Because of his limited metal ability and due to hand /eye cordination deformity ,this brought him to tears and he refused to play. Not long after this his mother and I created a new character for him which he loved, a rogue.
The rogue is the perfect character for him. He likes the idea of being "sneaky" as he calls it, and the "double sticks" (duel wield).
The reason for this post is, I came on here to learn about arena and saw many post calling for rogues to be nerfed.
Alex loves his rogue. The way the rogue character is designed it brings Alex lots of joy, due to the ease of playing with his limited mental ability and his lack of cordination skills.
Please take this into consideration next time some of you argue about nerfing this class. Alex loves his rogue ,please dont make it harder for him. "
