i) It's a comet. It hasn't warmed up enough to produce a debris tail or it lacks a delicious icy coat *but* it has also not changed direction or speed. It's a comet.
ii) Avi Loeb is a whackjob with zero credibility. Calling this collection of self-aggrandising conspiracy theories a scientist is just poor form.
iii) Delusional prophecies are no way to live or interpret the universe. For that we have the scientific method.
