Where can one write the exams for A+ / N+?

We have an employee who self-studies the A+ & N+ exams, and I was just wondering where he would be able to write his exams to get the qualification.

Also have a look at Pearson VUE, they have "3'rd party" examination centres around the country.

What microsoft qualification is equal to the old MCDST nowadays?

My office had a poster on the wall showing all the courses and qualification, sat next to it for ages. Now I looked to check and its gone. A+,N+ are a good start. I think but I am probably wrong but then there is the software side Windows 10 and the Server courses but hell if i remember what they called.
