Hi all
As you know I signed up as MTN BB in March this year to deal with the un-answered queries to the MTN site and continued this work for a number of months. I provided 'official' replies and secured internal endorsement where required even though the initiative was unofficial. In mid-year, I was relieved of this responsibility but decided to carry on until the end of August to allow the opportunity for continuity.
I am now pleased that someone has been identified to take over and I suggested he continue as MTN Broadband. I am handing over this log-on directly after this post and the person will no doubt introduce himself.
I hope all goes well and you get the support you deserve.
Many of you have my direct e-mail address and are welcome to stay in touch. I still feel passionate about your having a great broadband experience. I won't post my e-mail directly as I want to remain below the Google radar but there are ways
