I know this has been raised several times with little support and unsatisfactory results.
What makes this petition different?

Seacom arrival, Self-provisioning and alternate service provider business growth and the recent ISP UNION ICASA interconnection debate
These are just some of the contributing factors that warrant re-examination of a petition for real pressure in this sector, while it is a HOT topic in the industry.
If you are like many users in the DSL community that Pay the premium for International CAP which is consumed by local traffic; with no transparency and no reporting mechanism clearly illustrating Actual usage, rather total usage(hence the lack of transparency) whereupon the total is reached (on the sold International CAP) denies access to international internet services prematurely without a clear indication of Actual usage. (my apologies for the redundancy)
