I don't think it's upstream bandwidth though. When I do speed tests, I get much the same speeds on international bandwidth tests as I do on Sentech's own bandwidth test. This suggests that the problem (in my case, at any rate) is speed into Sentech's network core.
 
Over 1 100 words? Sorry, but you're deluding yourself if you think any newspaper will publish this. Cut it down to 250 words and you have a chance.
