A problem on my Wisp connection, tier 1 support can't figure it out.

I am at Bronberg wisp. The speed and service is really awesome and on services like streaming it outperforms my old ADSL. One problem though. I play the unpopular game called Defiance that is hosted by Glyph. It used to work sooo good over the wisp, with very low pings and all. My one problem though, recently I could not access the Glyph site or the game servers. When support tries to access it on their side everything works perfect. They have gone through everything, set up different rules, did special port forwards for me etc...., nothing works and nobody can figure out why. It is just glyph that does not work, everything else is perfect. Any ideas on what can be the fault? They even looked at settings between the antenna and sector, my router etc and nothing wrong. My same laptop that I am trying to access glyph on works at work and on Mtn uncapped. My router is setup with no DHCP server and receives the IP directly from the Antenna's DHCP server.

Where does the glyph IP route? I.e. post a traceroute. That will tell you where things are going wrong. If it's on the first hop, reboot your router board (antenna) to flush its DNS cache. Or can you ping the glyph IP but not its DNS name?

That's the odd thing, it traces and pings perfect, just does not work lol. All parties agree that there should be no reason for the site and server not to work. I think myself and them are very curious as to what causes this.

They sorted it out, but got no reply from them afterwards. I am happy that it works again, but SOOOOO curious what caused the problem in the first place LOL.
