I've been looking around to get some clarity and so far ....
The question is:
Does all bandwidth usage count towards the "international" cap like it used to (any traffic counts to caps) or will the international be separate?

In other words will the internation dissapear even if I'm surfing locally?

btw if this is the case then...well...^&%$

OK, so what I'm paying for then is 31, 32, 35 etc GB with a tiny bit of international thrown in at the beginning.

...just lovely

I've been reading everyones posts for the last few weeks but I think it's starting to sink in just how utterly, utterly sad this is.

Quick poll then:
Will anyone who doesn't need international for business use, go for anything except the cheapest (and smallest) account possible with the slowest bandwidth possible?

I've gotten to the point where if I had a choice between Telkom and...well....anything, I'd go for the anything, regardless of cost, just so that I wouldn't give Telkom any more money.

Then take a look at the offerings from IS...
