Is it still safe to take four tablets a day, in view of the zinc and boron content of the tablets? The bottle says to take one tablet per day.

- 5 milligram zinc (amino acid chelate)
- 1,000 microgram boron (amino acid chelate)
Is it still safe to take four tablets a day, in view of the zinc and boron content of the tablets? The bottle says to take one tablet per day.
