How do you set a second y-axis in excel 2000?

Firstly, I'm going to bite you don't you know there is a general hardware and software section? Secondly, what's a y axis? give me a screenshot of an axis or something then I'll try and figure it out

Double click on the specific graph line (data series).

Go to the axis tab and select secondary axis.
