As you can imagine, the public out cry over Telkom's proposed ADSL price changes, has been overwhelming, to say the least. Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding. The Authority's committee on the ADSL Service published draft regulations in November 2005 which are aimed at addressing pertinent issues about the current provision of the service. It is hoped that the regulations will be promulgated by the middle of the year (2006).
