A series Galaxy is here.

And so is Jacques!

This is funny, Samsung is for the first time actually making something that DOES look like an iPhone, and no ****s are given.

Thede phones are expensive.Lets compare.

Galaxy A5 R369 pm gives you A 5" screen @ 294 ppi 1.2 ghz Quad and no waterproofing.
Galaxy S5 R349 pm on SmartPlan50 gives you 5.1" screen @ 432 ppi 2.5 ghz Quad with waterproofing. You can also get LG G3 on the same plan with a even more pixeldense screen but no waterproofing.

Even the Huawei Ascend P7 @ R279 pm is possibly a better phone than the Galaxy A5. If you prefer iOS you can get the iPhone 5s for R299pm on SmartPlan50.

Galaxy A3 @ R329 pm gives you a 4.5" screen pixeldensity only 245 ssame cpu as A5 and no waterproofing.

Galaxy S5 mini R259 pm on SmartPlan50 It has better screen 326ppi and waterproofing though only 1.5 gb RAM vs 2GB
Even Galaxy S4 mini @ R149 SmartPlan50 has a higher ppi @ 256 and costs less than half the price. If you like Sony go for the Xperia E3 on SmartPlan50 for R189 pm or iPhone 5 c @ 239 pm.

Okay so I have compared MTN with Telkom but still I can see no reson why anybody would buy these phones. If anybody here is considering getting one of these phones @ MTN could you plese tell me why?

Telkom has the A3 @ R239 on SmartPlan50 and the A5 @ R299 on SmartPlan 50.

And for R359 a month you can have a Galaxy S5, which make these two phones doomed from the start.

Good price point would have been R199 and R239, but current pricing way too expensive for what it is.

That extra R60 x 24 might make it out of range for some... It's like the galaxy alpha though. High price, premium design and specs worse than the S5...
