A silly idea!

I have an idea. How about this, just for fun.

Someone gets the fax number for Telkom's internal finance department.

Then every time we have hassels with our lines or internet downtime or whatever, we fax them a formal invoice for man hours. No explanations, just an invoice and a account number for payment.

I think if everyone did this, it would be quite interesting

I think the response would be that they need the original Tax Invoice, and please can you post it to them... 1 month later you hear sorry sir/madam i think your invoice is in the post, we will post you a cheque as soon as we receive your invoice...

I prefer

to tape a black A4 sheet end to end after feeding it through the fax machine and fax it... pass the time watching it revolve and thinking about the remote printout... chances are they won't know how to trace it either...

While you are sending all those useless faxes and the taped together black A4 sheets you are going to pay Telkom by the minute.

A couple of years back, a Telkomonopoly pole crashed onto the outer side of my perimeter wall, and knocked a large chunk out of the wall, as well as the electric fencing which it took with it. Naturally I have still not been paid out for the money spent on repairing the wall & electric fencing. The best part is that the new pole is starting to lean like the tower of Pizza - again towards my wall . [yes I know Pisa]

Actually Telkomonopoly do have some 0800 fax machine numbers, or at least they did a while back [I'm evil aren't I], I think the Fax ident would still be printed though so you could add to the factor by resetting that...
