Who is cs161.org?
She didn't do a good job of covering the trustless nature of blockchains. It's one of the major uses. Unrelated parties can effectively trust the transactions on the chain as legitimately committed by the individual with the keys. Forget the cryptos - that's going to iron itself out later.
