Her husband left her with 4 small houses which she rents out, but in one of them stays a retired advocate, he party, drink too much and do drugs. He also pay rent when he wants. He have twice bypass the prepaid meter. She wants to evict him, but she struggles. How, with all our laws, can she get rid of him. Why must she go to a lawyer, spend much money.

If I were her, I would start by finding friends who are able to write coherent sentences.

Picking the Right Lawyer means she gets ALL her money back, including the past, as well as ALL her legal expenses.

Retired advocate... renting? something doesn't sound right.

Either way. She could just wait for the contract to expire?

I wonder if there is a contract. He sounds like a washout. Her husband ran everything, now she must take over

I think Robertvv is doing rather well in his attempt to write in English, considering that he's from Welkom. The majority of my English friends wouldn't be able to construct Afrikaans sentences with fewer errors.

When contract comes up for renewal then give him notice 2 months before that she place is no longer for rent and that she plans to use the property privately. He leaves, re-rent it.
