I mean FFS....just say what you want to say....grates my gears.

The word is dignity.

My new boss mention it at least twice a day.

He wants our offices to be more dignified. When you walk in you see work benches where we work. Not a office desk. I suppose he has the write to use the word regularly.

Do you thing he perhaps got a problem in his life with dignity, or is it just a culture thing.

The word irratates will also irritate me to no end just because I never heard of it!
