AA3.0.8 startup crash

[CntrlAltDel]

When i launch AA3 then the flash screen appears after i just see a black screen in Task manager it shows AA3 as not responding..


PC Specs
CPU dual core 2.4ghz
Memory 2gb
GPU ATI RADEON HD4350
Windows 7 Pro 32bit
