AARTO traffic fines

So I get an sms stating that I got a traffic fine from paycity. So I logged in only to find out that there are four outstanding fines.

The latest one being the 17 Feb 2014. So I haven't received any notifications for this one as yet and this is for JHB.

The other three, one JHB and two PTA, I also haven't got any notifications as yet.

The one for JHB is for the 24 Jan 2014 and the the two for PTA is 4 Dec 2013 and 30 Nov 2013.

Am I correct in saying that they need to have send the notifications within the 30 days of infringements? I get these via a PO Box. What action can I take?

The date of processing and infringement cannot be more than 30 days.
They also should send registered letter to last unknown address.

Do they have pictures? and is it on M1 between Woodmead and Marlboro? Do you think you did what they indicate you did?

There are cameras in both directions, the one south normally hidden behind one of the blue "mile marker" boards between M1 and eastern service road. The northbound one behind the grey painted support pole for the green overhead road direction sign, or sometimes behind a bush a few meters before that sign.
