Investigation into the Administrative Adjudication of Road Traffic Offences Act

The Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse (OUTA) has widened its investigation into the Administrative Adjudication of Road Traffic Offences (AARTO) Act.

The civil action organisation launched legal action seeking to suspend AARTO's rollout after the Road Traffic Infringement Agency (RTIA) failed to provide details on the Appeals Tribunal.
