Hi, my friend just bought this motherboard and it was all installed in the shop at budget tech so everything is assumed to be installed correctly. The problem is that in windows the System process uses 50% always and the USB ports dont work. I know my friend once had this problem and it was caused by the chasis usb so I unplugged them and made sure they were disabled but still same problem.
Any ideas?
