This comany is using our website address to promote their company on Google + does anyone have any advice on how to get them to remove it. I spoke to the owner but she was so aggressive and will not remove it :mad:!!
 
They have a trading name which is our registered domain so they have just listed www.ourname.co.za as their website. I know it makes no sense to do such a thing cause they are just driving their traffic for the plumbing business to out IT business...

Someone was clearly stupid somewhere along the way. Why does it bother you? Free traffic to punt your name into the market.
 
Because its interfering with our google+ page. We can't use our domain as they are using it and google wont allow 2 companies to have the same web address.

And have you approached Google with the proof that it is your domain? I'm sure Google will amend their G+
 
Maybe add a banner at the top of the page point out to visitors that said plumbers don't know what their doing...
 
Thanks, will contact Google and will try add a banner saying they are morons and beware of using their services they might just stick a stove in your bathroom as they clearly don't know what they are doing...Thanks for the help guy :)
