Technically yes, but if you buy a house with a bond and you can easily afford the bond, I would not say you live above your means.

Nonsense.
To be in debt is to owe someone money. I can be in debt to someone for R1000 for services rendered, and pay them on presentation of an invoice. This is well within my means, and the "debt" is only as a result of the time between the invoice being raised, and me paying it. On his books, I am a debtor, and that says nothing for my indebtedness or ability to pay said debt.

Redi pwned Mantashe on 702 yesterday. He kept on drivelling about the 'crime' having happened at GEDA and there was no need for the ANC to 'punish' Niehaus further. Possibly. And he went on about the Labour Laws (oh, the irony) meant that they couldn't do any thing about it.

Well here is a little scenario. Let's say you find out that the playground monitor is a convicted paedophile who has done his time. So, does he keep his job or not?
