Absa app - recurring payment

Trying to help my mum set up a recurring payment and I can't find the option. There's only like 3 or 4 tabs and it's nowhere to be found. Google says "click or tap recurring payments". Well thanks. Any ideas? Can't believe what a piece of junk this app is compared to the other banks...

Correct, it's not available on the App (yet).

I think she knows the pin, but what's the access account number? Is it any account number on the profile, or some random number they assign to you which you need to write down somewhere?

There is also a password as well, like master_honor, etc, some letters gone.
