I did not see that. Went to Play store though to check and suddenly an update available. Will install and see if that is 5.3 ...

OH WOW! Version is 5.3.0 now and it looks like no more force close. Hallelujah!!! Thank you for all the support help

"The security code you got so that you could change your verification device has been used expired. You will need to get another security code from a branch."

Ok back to the branch again grrrrr! but at least version 5.3 seems to resolve the force close issue on app startup
