ABSA Banking App Issue

I won't go in to the details but I assist a local car club with doing some of their online banking. Their account is with ABSA and up until today I had access via ABSA's banking app to do EFT's and for authentication of beneficiary additions and transactions. For some reason, the app no longer has the clubs banking profile and when I try log on to the app on my phone, authentication is sent to the app on my phone. I don't think I have to explain why this is an issue and I am left unable to do anything. Has anyone else had this issue? The app says I must go to an ATM or in to a branch, both of which are possible as I am not a signatory on the account.
 
hope fully a bug on their side, try later. Try to update the app.

No luck, I even tried unlinking and relinking my phone, which didn't work. I simply get a message that I need to go to an ATM or Branch to get a code :rolleyes: Now the fun begins...
