Absa email address change

I want to change my work email to a Gmail address at absa. But absa require a real email address. Please advise

Gmail is a real email address. My whole family on absa use their gmail emails on absa. But that is for their personal accounts. Are you talking about another account @upup ?

So you work for absa and want to change your work email to a personal email address? Or you used your work email for your absa account want to change it to a personal Gmail address?

Absa doesn't like it if you change information. After 5 years they still are not able to update my address.

The lot at the bank branch are even more useless and can't do anything without going through a call centre as well. Not sure why absa still have branches and they have a bunch of pigeons employed.

Yes, work email closing, move to Gmail.
I did get it before on a forum, did not except Gmail

That is probably FICA related. Email addresses can be changed easily. You just need to have access to the current/old one, or go to the back branch with identification.

yes also some accounting packages when sending invoices to gmail ,they tend to never get there.

They emailed me, seems I need to login on a computer to do it.

I did log on to online banking, and changed it at a place called e statement
