Absa Internet Banking frozen

So I log in today after almost 3 weeks, to pay for a order from Landmark PC and get a message that a sim swop has been detected on my number and my banking is frozen for 36 hours. And a number to call.
I call ABSA and the guy says they cant help me and I need to call the fraud line.
I do this and guess what? No One answers which was a waste of 20 minutes.

At least you're protected from fraud (cold comfort I'm sure, but there you are)
 
Get the app then you can use it even if you change numbers. No rvn or anything like that! (At least on ios)
 
Well I just confirmed that THERE WAS NO SIM SWOP. ABSA is retarded! Like giving me a fraud line number that no one answers at 4pm in the afternoon...
