Is anybody experiencing difficulties getting ABSA to authenticate on their router?

Not my choice.... One of my clients decided to go with ABSA.... Me with
X-DSL!!!!!!

absa basically resells IS accounts as far as i know? almost like Nashua resells vodacom or mtn or cellc contracts/airtime?
just because it says ABSA "on" the box doesnt mean its absa IN the box. many people i know use ABSA or Discovery for internet, no problems really that one dont get with full on ISP's also, so really i dont think one should compare it to using Excel for database or Webafrica to bank.
its like saying because i use a broker i get crap insurance, not true, i get the same cover as the oke that pays double with outsurance. doesnt make me wrong? just means its what work best for me.
