ABSA Intertet Banking RVN

Hi,Irecently lost my sim card and am unable to login now because the RVN number is sent to that sim.Does any1 knw how i can change the number its sent to.Seeing as i cant login i guess i cant.Any help or advice wud be apreciated.I suppose i have to go to absa branch and change it their,was just hoping there was an easier way.thanx

ABSA branch is your only way to get it done.
You'll need your ID and then they load it on the system.
That's the only way.
 
I got them to change the number without going to a branch (I was overseas and vodacom ripped me off with roaming). I contacted the platinum credit card email address and they got me to send them a whole lot of docs and scans etc (through to [email protected]). They were fairly quick and I was pretty impressed. Way easier to go to the branch though.

Anybody else not receiving ABSA RVN's via SMS today (Tue 6 April) ?

Getting any work done today is turning out to be impossible!

Problems at ABSA, they say Engineers are working on it.
