ABSA online banking please help

Hi

I am having problems trying to access my absa online from abroad and i tried my account number and my pin still saying error.

Is it because i can't access my bank account when i am abroad.

I also tried to access using my absa app on iphone still saying wrong information

Please help with any advice or is there a number i should call.

Is it possible to register again whilst i am abroad since at home i was using only cellphone banking.
