Its been a few months now I've been trying to get somewhere with them, but to no end!
firstly, has anyone tried their call centre 011 847 7600?
randomly cuts off and I can never get to anyone to to speak to!
so i've been trying to sort out my wife's billing for the last year or so almost. a R450 p.m. contract becomes a R550 p.m. contract just like that!
they start billing for data even though she has a data bundle loaded, and never goes over it. the amount of mb used even shows that on the billing, that its way under her bundle, but she gets billed for every mb!
I have plenty invoices, and comparatives of her billing from nashua mobile to autopage and now to glocell to show the problem.
BUT...
no one wants to help!
I even tried them on twitter... all i got was a ref 8250432 .
that was in October.
No reply since!
how do these guys even survive with such poor service to their client!?
Can anyone help, does anyone have a contact person I speak directly to?
