Check how all these devices are plugged in. Does this problem arise if you go to a different location and/or use different extension leads?
i've tried telling myself its worse when i plug the laptop in on the same extension as all the other devices, however it is always there, so i dont think its that.
another thing i've heard is the ground cable of the laptop and the one of the amp may cause a ground loop problem, which i now see on the di_box is fixed by the di_box, so maby its that, lemme try and get hold of a DI_box thing and see if its fixed

I would only expect that to happen if live/neutral were swapped on one of the devices.
You could try an isolation transformer for one of the devices - nope I don't know where to source one, used to get such things from Hamrad.
