Accelerit Fibre support

Ive been with this company for about a month now, everything is good untill there is an issue, their support is absolutely terrible, I have no internet since last night, logged a call, tried to call (call center guy says support will get back to me which obviously never happened) but all to no avail. This is the second time in this month that im with them that im having an issue and faced with the same crappy support.

Just to add, the free router they give is not actually yours, they lock it down and refuse to give you login credentials, they use your ssid as a marketing tool, absolutely ridiculous!

I went with them because of the resonable price and i thought been on CI's backbone they would be good but i was so wrong. Can anyone suggest a good isp at a good rate with good support? im on a 50mb/s down and 5up uncapped, unshaped, package (Vumatel) .

If you thought they were on CI why not go directly with CI..
They where the cheapest option, turns out theres an issue with the switch in my area on Vuma's side, their support is still kak and im still going to change. 4hours to tell me that!
 
Good day @piggy03 apologies it took 4 hours for you to be updated on the Vumatel issue. Unfortunately these issues do creep up all over the show and sometimes we just can't publish them quick enough. We will work on this however together with our partners Vumatel.
 
My fibre line just went down at 3.00pm exactly. Its with metrofibre at Terrace View Complex Sagewood Midrand. Please advise. I have restarted router and modem and all lights are on.
