Hi
What about the areas with vodacom fibre not within estates, is that still not open access. Are you'll aware of any plans to make this open access?

That should not matter. If you have Vodacom coverage then you can signup with Accelerit. The only issue and once again with complexes or estates is if the HOA signed an exclusive agreement with Vodacom.

That's 100% as long as the HOA didn't sign an exclusive agreement we can connect you.

Hi Accelerit, I was previously with Accelrit on Vumatel and have recently move to johannesburg in a Vodacom area, i'm a gamer and depend a lot on low latency, can you advise what i would be expecting on the Accelerit Vodacom network? as i was really happy with what i got on Vumatel.

You should be able to. I think Accelerit will be a better option that Vodacom direct due to the horrible fair use policy limits Vodacom has.

I definitely need some more info... my order has just been approved by VC but if there is an alternative like accelerite then its definitely worth exploring...

Are you on any social media? They are pretty responsive there too.

Yeah Vodacom has some cancellation fees and the crazy fair use policy is pretty hectic. Accelerit is month to month and completely uncapped and unshaped no fair use policy.

Morning @hume

All cable installation is done and managed by Vodacom all the way into your house. They then inform us once this is complete and we simply activate your account.

If you have your own router we simply give your PPPoE details and you connect.

But only once Vodacom has finalized their installation and line activation into your house.

Just to add - As soon as we have your (Accelerit) application on our systems we will kick-off or follow up on the process to get them (Vodacom) to finalize what ever is outstanding with regards to physical cable installation and line activation so that you can connect..

Thanks for the response. I currently have fibre with vodacom, so will be changing to accelerit.
