I suspect that you did not get an internet connection for the sole purpose of running speed tests on it consistently, so you are not very fudged at all..

The result of one single speed test to one server does not necessarily provide a very good indication of your internet connection overall..

There are many things at work in the background that could result in the speed test you have there..
 
Had the same issue last week.

Requested a reboot from the server and they sent me test results, so all good on their side.

I did a pppoe test directly to the CPE box and full speed was achieved.

Turns out the router was buggy. Removed LAN cable, switched of and everything back to normal.
 
Hi guys, feedback on the above. All has been resolved. Turned out there was an issue with my router. Firmware update and a reboot on my side, all is wellWhatsApp Image 2018-09-27 at 09.29.18.jpeg
