Access code ??

I lost access to my emails on my Nokia C6-00. There is a spot to fill in 'access point' which is now blank? What do I fill in there? MTN guys gave me a load of things to try but nothing worked?

My phone contract is with MTN and my emails are from MWeb [iafrica.com]

And , I forgot, the sending of emails stopped weeks ago too ! Recieving stopped Wednesday, sending 2 weeks ago.
