Access FNB online!

Looks like FNB have changed their website again, looks really nice. Only problem is that none of us can logon to online banking, basically thinks we have the logon details incorrect.

Anyone else experiencing this!

+1 I thought it was ME:eek: I could not logon glad to know I am not the only person. I am sure we will be paying extra (hidden cost) for the new look site :mad:
 
I can log on, but its dog slow.... looks nice tho....

you do realize that you have to choose "I want to bank" after you have logged on?
 
Also can't call their call centre, every option I choose takes me to fraud division, which doesn't answer.
 
Yipppeeee its now working for me! Darn now I have to pay that bill.... :(
 
They put up a notice over the last week saying that online banking wouldn't be available on the morning of Sunday 19 July. Saw it when I logged in to my online banking profile earlier on in the week.
 
Yikes, why is everyone having such hassles logging in to FNB Online Banking? I have NEVER had a problem except when the router is down. Always go to http://www.fnb.co.za/ and never any other site address. Then key in your username and password and click on Access Online Banking. It's that simple.
