Access Neotel Prime From Outside??

I have read a couple of thread regarding this public ip question and I can not get any answers? Can you access NeoConnect Prime From outside, I usually get an ip within the following range 41.174.8.?? or something like 41.174.4.?? and when I try to access this from outside it simply does not work?

I know that I do have my firewall switched off and I can access the connection computer from another PC on my local LAN using the same port?

But I have had no luck? Has anyone else tried hosting or accessing neotel prime from their public ip address?

Ok, it seems my connection is now accessible from outside. After re-connecting a couple of times I got a different (new) ip address and this ip seems to be accessible from the internet...
