Account billing and cap renewal date discrepency

I'm not sure if anybody else has noticed on their Vodacom 3G accounts, that you get billed from 30th to the 30th of each month !?

Now how can this be legal if your cap only renews on the 1st of the month !?

Anybody got any answers, ideas ??
