Account illegally debited again

Long story short; Cancelled DSTV long ago, they debited my account illegally in August. Phoned them to cancel my account and remove my details from their system then got a refund through bank.

On Monday I get a notification that they debited my account again. I had to now put a stop order on at my own cost. :mad::mad:

Why do they still have my details even after I requested to have it removed?

If I was you I would simply setup a debit order against their bank account.

Which would be illegal. Then he's in the same boat they are.
He'd also have to get a payment provider to do that for him.

So no, not clever.
 
They are a bunch of crooks I tell ya. They have billed me incorrectly the last 3 months. Had to call in to correct. It's getting tiresome
