Account Perma-banned

Well if your m8 in the UK used it scan in you passport and say your in SA and say you acc was hackt! If they look at the IP they will see this is true, so they will give you your acc back :)

Works fine....

I'm gonna fight Blizzard on this one, well try to because this is a compromised account, how could I have possibly used it I've been here for ages its crazy. I'll compile another email and see what obnoxious response I get back from the France support! not getting my hopes up! :)

I've compiled an email to send them, I'm so pissed off about this their service has been disgusting. Anway see what you guys think!

Dear Blizzard Support

I'm afraid this service you have shown me, a customer since nearly the beginning of WoW and one who has always kept this account in perfect standing, is just not good enough and I once again dispute this permanent ban.

I fail to see how you could permanently suspend this account when I can provide conclusive evidence that this account was compromised. The fact that your support team brush me off with this electronically generated half baked email without even so much as attempting to thoroughly and properly investigate this matter is disgusting service.

I don't even work for Blizzard and in my view it would take not even half an imagination to verify IP addresses used in conjunction with subsantial evidence I'm able to provide of my current location since the beginning of the year. Please make more of an effort.

To spell this out in plain English, this account has been compromised. I have not played this account since January, I have proof of this and now you have permanently banned a compromised account. Please tell me how this makes any sense? If this is how Blizzard operate then you guys seriously need to jack up your act because this is just not good enough.

My contact number here in South Africa is +27 (0) 72 xxx xxxx. If you're not going to call me, at least request passport scans or any other evidence you could possibly think of that would clear this matter up.

Regards

Not sure that that's the right tone to take to get your problem solved. An unemotional, less insulting responce would probably give you a better chance.

Just my thoughts.
