Account reactivation

Hello, just a quick enquiry, I am interested in getting adsl installed at my house however we recently moved in my deceased grandmother house and she had a active telephone line but since she passed its been deactivated and no one knows the details of the telephone account information, I just want to know how to approach telkom to activate the line again and then activate adsl on the line and what the costs would be. TIA

Just phone Telkom and give them the address. There's no need to know the details of the previous account information, it's been deactivated. Telkom will open a new account for the line.
