Seems that Mweb accounts department is absolutely useless.
My Mweb account has now been suspended because i havent paid.
The payment is supposed to come off on debit order and there is over R3000 left in the account.
This is my first payment to Mweb after applying to them and this is what happens.
There was not phone call to me saying that my account has lapsed or that there was a problem with payment or details.
The only time i ever spoke to a person was when a lady phoned me to verify my details and i did not have them with me so she said she would phone back and never did. This seems to be the problem and it is not my fault that the women never phoned me back. Was i supposed to phone her? Dont see why i should phone THEM so that THEY can verify my details.
Is there anyone who can tell me what to do so i can have my uncapped working asap.
