a mate of mine is sellin his wow account as it was compromised and now disallows the ability to pay with a CC. he is stubborn and will not change to a Gamecard. i Decided to buy his account. but i dont want to lose mine. There is an option that allows this to happen but only if both accounts are under the same name. They are not.

Do you think blizz will understand? or do u think i must make up a BS story like he cant afford it so now we sharing an account
 
Character Transfer is fine, but the sellin part i think frowned upon. Is there any way i can see his characters on his account if there is no gametime?
 
Try the WoW Armory? You'll have to ask him for the character names though.
 
he is a close mate of mine, so i know his characters' names, i searched and none of them came up, then i searched for my characters' names, and none came up either... seems like no characters from frostwhisper came up.

His account was compromised a few weeks ago, maybe that's why, b4 i buy it i want to get the characters back,,,

what im gonna do is, log onto the wow forums with his username and password. then it lets you choose ur display picture,,, and ill be able to C from there...

Are you sure you visited the EU Armory if you're EU or the US if you're US?
