Your accounts department clearly must go for some training & courses.
They are incompetent & stupid!!![]()
Bart Henderson said:No ****? I spent 3 MONTHS trying to get connected after having already payed them. Getting someone to even install was a nightmare only to discover we had no coverage. Getting them to come fetch their useless equipment and give our money back was virtually impossible.
Technical support? Non existent.
Give these palooka's a wide berth...

And I haven't received an invoice for payment yet...MrH said:Already the 11th of the month and wbs have not deducted my monthy payment, so it seems the accounts department are either asleep or on strike as normally they grab my payment on the 1st or 2nd of each month.![]()
So much for the new improved wbs.![]()
Do you mean you actually normally recieve an invoice?Unchained said:And I haven't received an invoice for payment yet...

I have never recieved anything from wbs and have never even seen or signed any contract.
All that happened was I phoned and said I wanted a connection and gave my bank details, the next day a modem was delivered and handed to me at my front gate with no paperwork or delivery note to sign, since then they've been deducting the correct amount from my bank account, except this month they seem to have forgotten about me.Tjorriemorrie said:lol, me too. never seen or have anything on hardcopy. I used to do auditing, so that is also very troubling to me. WBS should scan the documents and put it on the website for download or something. I think I signed a delivery note.![]()

Don't feel too alone. I've also not been billed...MrH said:except this month they seem to have forgotten about me.![]()

Getting an invoice is another story all together. I'm so proud of the 2 I have recieved thus far. I have been with them since pre-launch. 2 out of +-20 months - What an achievement.
The only competent accounts person I ever spoke to at iBurst was Cathy Blocks, who has long since left. Though I read some complaints about her here too, I think... Regardless, she helped me (damn quickly) through being quadruple billed on my first month plus having an activation fee slapped on me too, when I "signed" up before the activation fee existed.
Having been deducted almost 5 times the amount you expected, just 2 days before your wedding/honeymoon is not a nice feeling. We almost had to stay home and look at tourism websites instead. Pretty pictures < Pretty Holiday![]()
Well, I pay on invoice, not debit order, and was assured that I'll receive invoices in time...MrH said:Do you mean you actually normally recieve an invoice?![]()
