Can anyone suggest a really good account? aiming around R200 for local and international cap. Mainly to be used for gaming, but also downloading.

So far Im looking at B2E with a 2GB int. and 28 Local for R180.

Not sure if IS accounts will be your best bet for Int gaming, rather look at Verizon or SAIX based accounts for Int gaming.

I use WebAfrica Unshaped pre-paid for Int. gaming.

What about R245 for 2GB International and 3GB Local - all Unshaped and all SAIX based?

Do you think gamers would go for something like this?

AOpen means 30GB local.

For R270 you can get 2GB WebAfrica Prepaid plus 30GB WebAfrica (IS) as seperate accounts. And use RouteSentry. You might not even need 30GB local and substitute that for 10GB local for a total of R210.

EDIT: The advantage of this setup is that your international bandwidth will not get eaten away by local traffic.

I actually did mean 3GB Local as in SAIX Local and not IS Local.

Unfortunately SAIX Local is a lot more expensive than IS Local.

The setup I mentioned would also allow for your international traffic not to be used up by your local access by using something like RouteSentry.

But you would use the same username and password for both local and international, except for a .za added on the end of the local username.

Also, the combined package would cost less than taking the individual services separately.

Do you think anybody would be interested in such a package?

Why go for SAIX local when it is more expensive and you don't get the benefit of the IS newsserver?

I think it is definatley something International gamers will look at. For local gaming the unshaped part is not really a problem, but for games like WoW, Lineage, Guildwars, Eve Online, etc it makes a big difference.

Now 3Gb Unshaped International + 3 Gb Local SAIX for R 245.00 would really look interesting.
