Acer Advantage Program - need help

Any websites out there where one can lodge a complaint against Acer?

Already tried www.hellopeter.com and although they have replied, the overall feedback from Acer is really negative.

I've bought several Acer Advantage programs for all my Acer notebooks, went through the registration process but Acer failed to deliver on their Collect, Repair and Deliver promises. Apparently my warranties were never activated....

I had to replace the hard drive at own costs. They have activated the warranty after I forwarded them all the details, but they refuse to replace / refund HDD.

Any help appreciated

The MD just called me and we have discussed the details... It all seems to be sorted now...

Good luck out there if you have similar problems... It took me almost 3 weeks ;-)
