i'm happy with my LG x110 (MSI WIND) - internal 3g works like a DREAM! and have NO issues with the XP home installed per default..

in terms of cost , sure , the AAO is cheaper but it depends what you need it
for!

I had a friend in the UK who got himself an Acer Aspire One with Linpus on it. Had it for a week and the wi-fi didn't want to work anymore, so he took it back and they swopped it out for the same one.

A week later, the wi-fi stopped working again he did some research and it was a common occurrence on these Acer's, that the wi-fi hardware just dies.

Took it back and swopped it for another brand netbook with Windows, and he's been using it ever since without issue.
